Refund Policy

REFUNDS POLICY

Global Realtors Network (GRN) values transparency and fairness in all transactions. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are granted to members.

1. Membership Registration Fee

The GRN registration/subscription fee is a non-refundable payment. This fee covers access to verified property listings, training materials, marketing tools, and your personal dashboard.

Once paid and access is granted, the fee cannot be refunded.

2. Property Transactions

GRN acts as a platform connecting property buyers, sellers, and realtors. Refunds for property purchases are subject to the developer’s or property owner’s terms and agreements, not GRN.

Members are responsible for reviewing property details and terms before completing any transaction.

3. Commission Payments

Commissions are paid only after successful property sales are verified and completed.

Once commissions are paid to members, they are considered final and non-refundable.

4. Duplicate or Unauthorized Payments

If a duplicate or unauthorized payment is made, GRN will investigate. Valid duplicate payments will be refunded within 7–14 business days after confirmation.

Unauthorized transactions caused by third-party breaches (e.g., stolen card, hacked account) must be reported immediately for review.

5. Training, Awards & Incentives

All milestone awards and incentives (e.g., appliances, trips, cars, or cash equivalents) are non-refundable.

If a member becomes ineligible after receiving an award due to fraud or misrepresentation, GRN reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the award.

6. Service Disruptions

GRN strives to maintain uninterrupted access to its platform. Temporary service disruptions (e.g., website maintenance, downtime, or third-party failures) do not qualify for refunds.

Members must submit a refund request in writing via support@globalrealtorsnetwork.net
